Intuition or random thought? Two questions to ask yourself to help you decide.

Transcript for this weeks message:

Most of us have experienced something like this, where you have a feeling that you should do something. This thought just showed up out of the blue. You really didn't know why you were having the thought at the time, and you didn't act on it. In other words, you've had times when you wished that you had acted on your intuition or inspiration at the time that it came to you, and you regret not acting on it.

All of us have had times where we thought we should act on something or say something and we didn't do it. We second guessed ourselves or made excuses for one reason or another. It might be uncomfortable, or we thought it wouldn't matter much anyway. It's easy to come up with a reason or an excuse not to do something, particularly when you don't have a solid reason to do it, like when these thoughts just pop into our heads.

If you're ready for better results with this and less regret and fewer missed opportunities, here's how. The instant you recognize this seemingly random thought, ask yourself two questions.

One, is this good? It's a simple question. Is this thought or idea good? If it seems neutral, go with it.

Two, does this put me or anyone else in physical harm? My advice is to stop thinking about all the reasons to not act on your intuition and stop not trusting yourself.

Go directly to these two questions. If it's good and it doesn't put anyone in harm's way, act on it. I had the thought that I should give you this message and I'm positive that some of you will apply it and be glad that you did.

No regrets. You are destined for greatness.
