People overcome fear, they feel better and become proud of themselves

Thank you for joining me for this week's tip. Here it is, people overcome fear. They move through it and move past it. They experience a whole new way of life that they were too afraid to experience previously.

They change their beliefs about life. themselves. People feel better. They become proud of themselves. And in each of their own ways, they do incredible things for themselves. If you follow our system, conquering fear is not only possible, it's inevitable. It's important that you know that if you want to gain confidence or conquer fear, you don't have to be stuck.

The system and the support are available to make it happen for you. Now, when you set out to overcome fear, the very first step is to name it. The best way to go about this is to sit and write your thoughts, all of your thoughts, around that fear. I'm afraid of this because of that and this and that.

I'm also afraid of this and this and that. and so on and so on. Doing this may seem like a negative experience in the beginning, but once you get your thoughts out on paper, it's important to type this and write this. Don't skip this part. It won't have the same impact if you don't write or type it.

Once you get your thoughts down and name your fear, I'm afraid I might fall off and get injured. or whatever it is, once you have identified what it is, it begins to become manageable. You can see it for what it is and you can right size it.

Trust me on this, you can use this on anything fear might be involved. For example, if you're avoiding something, it's probably because there's some amount of fear surrounding what you're avoiding. Write down all your thoughts about it and name the fear. Doing this will give you a new level of awareness and put you in a position of power.
